Over the past 4 months Maurice has engaged in the #thirteen campaign, which was developed to stretch the singer/songwriter's fan base across Canada, the United States, and Europe, as well as springboard the 17 year old crooner's solo career towards industry professionals. And did he do just that. In only 4 months, Maurice has been able to attract some of the best A&R's in the music industry and has also increased his fan base by over 220%.
By releasing an original song on the 13th of every month from September to December, as well as a cover every 2 weeks in between his originals, Maurice has been able to attract major attention from blogs, websites, magazines and television programs across Ottawa, Toronto, Nova Scotia, NYC, LA, countless other American states, and across the ocean in Russia, Spain, the UK, and France. The buzz about this 17 year old, based out of Ottawa, Ontario, is that not only does he have developed vocal ability for someone his age, but that he also writes, produces, and engineers all of his music.
